Office Application
Select an individual in your office to be responsible for maintaining your
account with Real Estate Data Services. This person will be the
REDS Account Manager, the individual REDS will seek out when
communication is necessary. Please contact
REDS as soon as practical when office or user information changes.
There is never a fee from us to edit or update your account information.
Office Application > Top Section > Office Information
Complete the top section for Office Information located on the Office
Application. Please be sure to include an office e-mail address or the
e-mail address for the REDS Account Manager. We often correspond by
electronic mail.
Office Application > Middle Section > User Names
List all individuals who will be users on the account. Use the backside
of the Office Application if more space is needed. Forms do not need
to be typed, but please print clearly.
Office Application > Lower Section > Rate Worksheet
This section is completed for you. Real Estate Data Services
charges by the quarter year in advance. The low monthly rate is only $100.00
per office for unlimited user access. REDS does not place a limit
on the number of registered users in an office. Large companies with
multiple offices will need to set up a new account for each location.
User Registration Form
Each eligible user on an account must complete a separate User
Registration form. An eligible user would be described as a person who
works from the office location indicated on the Office Application.
User Registration > Top Section > User Information
This section is for personal information. Remember to enter your
home address. Complete this section on screen and print.
(You may fill in a blank form by hand if you prefer.)
User Registration > Middle Section > Driver's License
Make an enlarged photocopy of your driver's license. Attach the
photocopy to the form.
User Registration > Lower Section > Signatures
Return the completed form to the individual in your office designated to
be the REDS Account Manager. Sign and date the form in their presence.
Please double-check to be sure that the information on the registration form
is complete, accurate and legible.

Real Estate Data Services does not
share your office or user information with other vendors. Information
typed on any form is gone when you exit or refresh the page. We want
your private information to remain private. Real Estate Data Services
only maintains complete account information offline in our home office. |
Finishing Up
The REDS Account Manager should forward the completed Office Application and
a separate User Registration form for each user on the account to
Real Estate Data Services, 2235 Packard Circle, Hummelstown, PA 17036-6803.
Remit one check for the total quarterly amount (3 months) made payable to
REDS Online. Please do not send a partial payment. REDS will prorate
the amount on the first invoice mailed to your company (for the next billing
period) which will reflect the date your company's account was activated.
Welcome to REDS Online!
We do not charge a setup fee. After processing your application,
REDS will assign one Account Number for your entire office. You will
receive confirmation by e-mail. Users registered on the account will
have
unlimited access to REDS online service from any properly configured
computer connected to the Internet. To access secure pages, each user will
need to login with the assigned office Account Number and their personal
password. (Remind users on your account that once their registration
form is processed, their Driver's License Number will be their permanent
password.)
Please ask users in your office to read the User
Agreement located online.
